Kelker-Kelly experienced pain in his chest and left arm before he became unresponsive, according to a police report obtained by US media.
His wife, Allison Kelly, told officers that she had collected him from Spirit of St Louis Airport that evening. During the journey home, he reportedly complained of pain and asked her to pull over after feeling sick.
Police and emergency medical crews were called to the couple’s home at about 8.16pm after reports that an unconscious man was not breathing. CPR was already being performed, but life-saving efforts were unsuccessful.
