Five people have been taken to hospital after a forklift caught fire at a commercial site in Hemmant, Brisbane, on Friday morning, leaving one person with life-threatening burns.
Emergency services were called to Anton Road shortly before 11am on September 4, 2026, after reports of the blaze. Firefighters worked to prevent the flames from spreading to nearby shipping containers.
