Janel Parrish appears to be single after the end of her marriage to Chris Long and a brief relationship with dancer Sasha Farber earlier this year.
The actress is returning to the Hallmark Channel in Forgotten Holiday, opposite Daniel Lissing, prompting renewed interest in her personal life. Parrish is also known for Pretty Little Liars and the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before film franchise.
Janel Parrish’s relationship with Sasha Farber
Parrish and Farber began attracting dating speculation in April 2026 after reconnecting as friends. The pair were later seen holding hands at a farmers’ market in Los Angeles before confirming their relationship on social media.
They made their red-carpet debut as a couple at the 2026 Race to Erase MS Gala in June. Parrish described Farber as “the sweetest, most brightest light to everybody that he meets” and praised his kindness towards friends, family and strangers.
“We were friends for years,” she said. “I did the show and he was my buddy Sash for a very long time, and then we reconnected and here we are.”
Parrish added: “You never know where life is going to take you. Reconnecting with Sasha has shown me a new kind of love and happiness that I didn’t know existed.”
Farber said Parrish was “so sweet, down to earth, so loving, so real”, adding that he felt “so much support” from her and describing her as “supportive and wonderful”.
However, the relationship ended the following month, just three months after the pair publicly revealed they were together.
Janel Parrish’s marriage to Chris Long
Before dating Farber, Parrish was married to chemical engineer Chris Long. The couple fell in love in September 2016, became engaged in October 2017 and married in Hawaii nearly a year later.
In April 2026, Parrish announced that they had separated and ended their marriage after more than seven years. She said they had been together for 10 years.
“There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me,” she wrote.
Both Parrish and Long have since removed photographs and posts featuring each other from Instagram.
