Bobby McCray has agreed to provide NFL income records to his estranged wife, reality star Khadijah Haqq, as part of their ongoing court battle.
Court documents state that McCray will sign a release allowing Haqq to review information relating to his NFL benefits, retirement arrangements and pension plans.
McCray played in the NFL between 2004 and 2010 and reportedly earned more than $11 million during his career.
The financial disclosure agreement also requires both parties to provide records concerning money held in personal accounts and digital wallets, including Cash App.
Haqq, who is known as Khloé Kardashian’s close friend, must additionally produce records detailing her business expenses.
The exchange follows claims from Haqq that she had been struggling to pay her bills and had asked friends for loans to make ends meet.
She said she earned about $25,000 for each episode of the Khloé-produced Hulu reality show The Girls, which aired earlier this year, receiving $150,000 in total for the project.
Haqq has argued that McCray should contribute support to help maintain the standard of living she experienced during their marriage. She is seeking $7,000 a month in combined child and spousal support, along with $100,000 towards her legal fees.
