A 17-year-old boy has been arrested and charged after a shooting near the Round Rock Public Library in Texas left one person injured.
Round Rock police said officers were called to reports of gunfire near 200 East Liberty Avenue at about 10.40pm on Sunday, October 11.
Investigators believe the shooting happened during a fight between two people. The injured person was taken to hospital and was in a stable condition.
John Salone, of Round Rock, was arrested and booked into the Williamson County Jail, police said. He has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation. Salone is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
