Rozz Switzer has said she feels more confident and attractive than ever at 54, but has no plans to enter a committed relationship.
The Australian former television presenter said she was instead open to “no-strings-attached fun” with younger men, describing her approach as the “Jaguar effect”.
Switzer, who has been single for around a decade, said she was enjoying life as a single mother and did not need a partner to provide the things she already had.
She explained that her “Jaguar” label referred to women in their fifties and beyond, whom she regards as independent, self-assured and selective about the company they keep.
Rather than actively seeking a relationship, Switzer said she preferred to let potential partners approach her. Any encounters, she stressed, would be casual and without expectations of romance or long-term commitment.
The television personality, who is a mother of three, has previously spoken about her experiences with dating apps and criticised some men for using unclear, outdated or misleading photographs on their profiles.
Switzer also credits regular exercise with helping her maintain her confidence and energy, saying she aims to visit the gym four or five times a week.
