Its menu was described as technically accomplished, combining established dishes with newer creations from chef Jesse Stevens. Hello Please’s signature dishes remain a draw Among the strongest offerings was the restaurant’s fried chicken, made with overnight-brined thigh and coated in a notably crisp crumb. Pickled daikon and dried betel leaf…

His performances have also attracted interest from AC Milan, while Aston Villa, Tottenham and Galatasaray have been linked with the striker. Manchester United weigh…

The Roosters NRLW team have remained unbeaten this season after trailing for just 70 minutes of play, building the kind of understanding that lock Olivia Kernick describes as a “sixth sense” ahead of Sunday’s grand final against Brisbane. Across 840 minutes, the Roosters have been behind for only 70. Their 770 minutes in front have helped deliver a perfect record, but the side has not dismissed the brief periods when matches have gone against them. The clearest example came in round three, when Canberra led for 32 minutes and 56 seconds before the Roosters recovered to win 22-18. Kernick still…

The speech is due to be delivered before junior officers and enlisted personnel. The reduction is expected to apply to roughly 800 flag and general officer positions, with the military services instructed to double a 10% cut ordered last…

Six Flags Magic Mountain has permanently retired its X2 rollercoaster after almost two decades, following lawsuits alleging serious brain injuries among riders and the deaths of two people linked to the attraction. Brian Oerding, president of the theme park in Valencia, California, announced the decision on Tuesday local time. He said X2 had carried more than 16 million guests since opening in 2008 and had developed “a passionate following among ride enthusiasts”. “After almost 20 years, we have decided to permanently retire X2,” Mr Oerding said. He added that the ride had consistently passed safety tests, but said the park…
Bayern Munich are preparing a potential January move for Barcelona attacking midfielder Dani Olmo as they assess uncertainty surrounding Michael Olise and Jamal Musiala. Olmo has established himself as an important player for Barcelona, making a mid-season departure appear unlikely. However, Bayern’s interest is understood to be growing as the Bundesliga club considers contingency plans in attack. Sky Sports reported that Bayern are monitoring the Spain international amid interest from other clubs in Olise and Musiala. Olmo’s previous experience with RB Leipzig would also give him a familiarity with the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich consider Dani Olmo amid uncertainty over key…
