Three men have been killed and four people injured in a shooting at an after-hours venue in Detroit, police said. Officers were called to the area of Eaton Avenue and Prest Street, on the city’s west side, at about 7.21am on Sunday. Police Chief Todd Bettison said officers found the three men suffering from fatal wounds. The victims’ ages have not been released, although the chief said they were approximately 30 or older. An NYC subway employee found a dead body in a utility closet near 125th Street station, where the remains of a man appeared to have been left for several days. A 45-year-old woman has been arrested after a 50-year-old man was struck by a vehicle and died on a suburban street west of Brisbane. The man was hit on Stoneywood Street in Fernvale shortly before 6pm on Sunday. Emergency services attended, but he died at the scene. Eleven teenagers were shot during a gathering at Carolyn Crayton Park in Macon, Georgia, shortly after midnight on Sunday, 27 September, with two of the victims in critical condition.
