Ethel Ricks, a 73-year-old woman who was reported critically missing in Milwaukee, has been found safe, police said.
The Milwaukee Police Department had appealed for help after Ricks was last seen near the intersection of 68th Street and Hampton Avenue at about 1.10pm on Wednesday, October 28.
She was described as 5ft 6in tall and weighing around 180lb, with long golden dreadlocks and brown eyes. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a light blue sweatshirt, ripped blue jeans and a blue baseball cap.
Police said Ricks had been walking with her brown-and-tan Chihuahua when she was last seen.
The department has not released further details about where she was found or the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
