Three men were injured in a shooting in northwest Washington DC early on Sunday, 13 September, as the Metropolitan Police Department searched for a male suspect who fled in a white saloon car.
Officers were called to the 1900 block of 9th Street Northwest shortly after 3am following reports of gunfire. They found the three victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
All three were taken to hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening, police said. Their identities and further details about their injuries have not been released.
No arrests had been made and the motive remained unclear as the investigation continued.
