Two people were injured in a Dallas shooting after an argument in the Cedar Crest area on Sunday morning, police said.
Officers were called to the 3500 block of East Overton Road at about 11.20am on September 6, where they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.
A preliminary investigation indicated that the pair knew each other and had become involved in a disturbance before both were shot.
Emergency medical crews took them to a local hospital. Both are expected to survive.
Police have not released the identities of those involved or said what led to the argument. It was also unclear whether anyone would face charges.
The investigation remains ongoing.
